Hi,
I'm wanting to use MLpowsim, and am attempting to teach myself using the manual examples on my personal PC. However, when the simu.txt macro is run an error message keeps looping "column c1096 is protected, overwrite protected column?" and then 'column c1098 is protected, overwrite protected ...

plotting cross level interaction as per LEMMA mod 7
Hi,
I'm fitting a 2 level random intercept logistic model with a cross level interaction term. I've recently started using runmlwin instead of MLwin and am having trouble replicating the graphical depiction of this as per module 7 (pg 52 on). When attempting the command predict predprob, fixed only ...

zero inflated poisson/underdispersed data
Hi,
I am fitting a 2 level poisson model where my data are underdispersed (mean>variance).
Is there an option or way to account for this using runmlwin or within MLwin directly?
Thanks
Danielle
