Re: Simulated binary repeated measures data analysis using M
The MLwin version that I am using now, is a quite old version (MLwiN 2.19). I had a 30 days trial version of MLwiN version 2.28 but it has expired. Will it be possible to work with R2MLwiN using the MLwiN 2.19?

Re: Simulated binary repeated measures data analysis using M
Dear sir,
Thank you so much for the reply. I believe it will help me a lot.
I am little bit familiar with R but not an expert in R. Therefore I will look into it and try to find a way to automate the process.
Thank you.

Simulated binary repeated measures data analysis using MLwiN
I have generated all together 400 data sets with different sample sizes using SAS (I have to analyze them using some other methods available in SAS also), and now I want to analyze the same data sets using MLwiN.
Since it is time consuming and tedious to analyze those generated data sets ...

Multilevel modelling for categorical repeated measures data
I am conducting a study on binary and categorical repeated measures data. I tried fitting multilevel model for a smaller data set using MLwiN as a beginning. The example data set (Grizzle, Starmer and Koch (1969)) I tried is as follows,
Grizzle, Starmer and Koch (1969) analyze data where 46 ...
