CPU Time

I am running various calculations using MLwiN and want to compare the CPU time for this package with other packages that are building the same models. Does anyone know how to determine the CPU time for calculations in MLwiN? Any help given would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Covariance Structures

I am interested in fitting a multilevel model with a compound symmetry stucture for its random effects for repeated measures data, where the levels are individuals and then the repeated measures. I believe that to do so one would use the Parameter Constraints window but I am unsure how to do this. I...

Re: Residuals and Predictions

Thanks very much for your reply. I have gotten the calculated residuals for level one and level two by specifying each of these levels in the residuals window. However, when I used these residuals with the equation of the model that I have produced in MLwiN and the coefficients calculated, I do not ...

Residuals and Predictions

I have produced a two level model in MLwiN and I have got predictions of this model. I am trying to verify that the predictions are correct by calculating them myself using the coefficients that have been estimated and the level one and level two residuals. I am unsure however to determine what the ...
