Is it currently possible to model a zero-inflated negative binomial in Mlwin? I have read past posts (somewhat dated) that said not, but now I see an option under Model - Equations - Nonlinear - Distributional assumptions - extra -ve. I wonder is the extra -ve for any zero-inflated or ...
