Re: Bivariate Logistic Distribution
Hello, I am attempting to model two binary responses that represent two agents' decisions on the same task. Decisions are nested within agents which are nested within centres, are influenced by several covariates, and the marginal probabilities of the two decisions are identical except for when the...

Re: How to run multilevel models with missing data using Stat-JR and MLwiN?
To run multilevel models with missing data in Stat-JR and MLwiN, you can use Stat-JR for imputation,Buckshot Roulette specifying relevant predictors in the imputation model and defining your multilevel analysis model separately.

From my point of view, missing data can cause log likelihood errors. poeltl unlimited

Hi John,build now gg
MLwiN can handle polynomial terms, so you can include quadratic terms to account for the potential non-linear relationship between technology use and child development. You would specify these terms in your model equation.

Re: The difference of the results of "mixed" and "runmlwin"
The differences in results between the "mixed" command and "runmlwin" can arise due to the default settings and estimation algorithms used by each command may differ or the computational approaches employed by the two commands can also contribute to differences in results. fnf

Re: Specifying multiple chains in runmlwin
Currently, in runmlwin,io games there is no direct option to specify a definite number of chains like in WinBugs.
