Hello All,

I have been trying to conduct multiple imputation with a two level (occasion nested within individual) model that contains several continuous and categorical variables. However, when I click 'Start MCMC Run', I get the following error message:

??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error ...

I was wondering if anyone could help to clarify an issue around the number of ‘cases in use’ listed at the bottom of the Equations window after running an analysis using imputed data sets from Realcom.
