Re: imputed dataset (long form) & realcomImpute for Linux
Thanks very much Chris for the prompt reply.
On the Linux question: since the university has licence for Matlab for Linux, is there a RealcomImpute binary object that can be put on Linux? (Callable from Stata somehow).
Cheers,

imputed dataset (long form) & realcomImpute for Linux
Dear colleagues,
two topics really: One, is there an option to set the output dataset (imputed dataset) as say ten completed dataset instead of one dataset with ten additional set of imputed variables? In other words the so called long form instead of wide form? I want to do separate analysis on ...

Re: Index exceeds matrix dimensions query
Dear Chris,
So far so good. I don't expect any more trouble with the June release.
Again, many thanks.

Re: Index exceeds matrix dimensions query
Hi all,
I've got the same problem and a bit of idea where the problem is [though not the solution].
Just before the lines posted above, in my case the command line window has:
no level 1, level 2 units = 15253, 2323.
???? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Questions: What is the size of acceptable ...

Re: Specifying impute output file, newbie
Thanks Chris,
I should have stick to the manual which says: select the same folder which Stata is currently set to.
Again, many thanks.

Specifying impute output file, newbie
Dear all,
I've just started using RealcomImpute with Stata (and without MLwiN). I cannot go beyond [Start MCMC run] because perhaps somehow I cannot figure out how to fill in the file name correctly in the [Impute] Window. In that window I filled in c:\data\impute\test.txt or c:\data\impute\test ...
