endnote file for Stat-JR citation?
Hello, I just installed Stat-JR 1.0.4 and found the citation information as this: "Charlton, C.M.J., Michaelides, D.T., Parker, R.M.A., Cameron, B., Szmaragd, C., Yang, H., Zhang, Z., Frazer, A.J., Goldstein, H., Jones, K., Leckie, G., Moreau, L. and Browne, W.J. (2016) Stat-JR version 1.0.4. C...

To begin with Stat-JR
Hello, I am posting this just to share a very tiny tip that I just got while spending some time to begin with Stat-JR. I think the below places may be some helpful steps to start with Stat-JR for someone (like myself) who had no prior knowledge (at all) about Stat-JR: 1. What is Stat-JR: http://www....

Re: multiple imputation in a four-level setting
Dear Chris, Thank you for your reply! The missing values are at the lowest (individual) level. The primary outcome is continuous, primary exposure is categorical (with three categories), and other covariates include continuous (e.g., BMI), binary (e.g., dichotomized behavioral factors), and categori...

multiple imputation in a four-level setting
Hello, I am building four-level multilevel linear and logistic models with MLwiN by using MCMC approach. The dataset had missing information for dependent and independent variables. I am wondering where might be a good place that I can start to figure out how I can perform four-level multiple imputa...

Re: MCMC Macro
Hi Chris, I just found that the codes actually worked when I ran the models having the data files on C: drive. The issue happened when I ran the models having the data files on flash drive. So, now it worked well, and I really appreciate all your great advices! By the way, I have just got another qu...

Re: MCMC Macro
Dear Chris, Again, this is really useful and helpful, and I appreciate it a lot! By the way, I have encountered another issue. Until when I built a four-level null linear model and stored it, all worked well! Then, when I added a set of variables, ran IGLS and MCMC, and stored it using a different m...

Re: MCMC Macro
Dear Chris, This is extremely helpful and I really appreciate it!! Your codes worked for both (four level) linear and logistic models. For instance, for linear model, I used this approach for model set up: RESP 'linear_outcome' IDEN 4 'region' IDEN 3 'psu' IDEN 2 'household' IDEN 1 'id' RDISt 1 3 RC...
