Missing data value
Realcom used -9.999e29 as the preferred missing value when performing multiple imputation. Other values were permitted, but I found this to be more reliable. Is this still the preference in Stat-JR, or are other values permitted? What about a period?

Re: Interaction terms
My plan was to follow the suggestion of von Hippel, but understand this is less than optimal. Stef van Buren has worked out an algorithm for squares (http://www.stefvanbuuren.nl/publications/2013%20Squared%20terms%20-SMR.pdf), but conclude the transform and impute procedure is the best available app...

Interaction terms
Just want to confirm: When using the 2LevelImpute template in TREE, I see no direct way to enter interaction terms, correct? These terms would need to be added to the data set before reading into TREE for processing, right? Thx.

Re: 2 level template error
Ok. I managed to remedy this problem by restarting TREE and inputting the model parameters once again, and that got me down to Step 4. Now I'm getting the same message I got before about files being used by another process: Traceback (most recent call last): File "ebooktest.py", line 126, ...

Re: 2 level template error
I'm running the 2LevelImpute eBook.zip file examples, so I don't see the input string. Is it available? This is the second example, the 2 level model. Seems like I'd have to at least go through all four steps to get the input string. The example is crashing on Step 2.

Re: 2 level template error
Apparently that was the case. I tried running this template again later and it worked. I'm not having so much luck with the 2-level template, however. On Step 2. Specifying the variables in the MOI, I get the following error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "ebooktest.py", line 126...

Re: 2 level template error
We found the problem to be an uninstalled compiler. Fixed that and the first example in Chapter 4 works flawlessly. I tried to run the 2-level example and received this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "ebooktest.py", line 126, in new_resource File "ebooktest.py", l...

Re: 2 level template error
Ok. I tried to run the first example in Chapter 4. I received the error below. Clearly something amiss. My IT team did this install for me, so if there are instructions I can give to them, please forward. Thx. Traceback (most recent call last): File "webtest.py", line 416, in go File "...

Re: 2 level template error
The path is set correctly. What models should I try to run?

2 level template error
I'm working with the 2LevelImpute ebook, first example in the tutorial in DEEP. When I get down to submitting the job, it throws an error. I can't tell if I made a mistake in the setup, or if there's another problem, e.g., my install. Seems to be saying there's a missing file. I would appreciate gui...
