MCMC Error 0099

Dear all,
I'm running a multinomial (5 categories) multilevel model. I've already added several covariates (individual level) and I didn't encounter any problems so far but when I add the last covariate, MLwiN shows me the following error:
"MCMC Error 0099: Prior Standard Deviation must be positive"
How can I fix this?
