Zero-inflated poisson

I am working on a three-level poisson model in mlwin - since my dependent variable is the number of children (completed fertility) - I would like to use a zero-inflated poisson model but I have not found any examples yet on how to perform such a model in mlwin.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
