How to include interactions in a cross-classified model ?

Hello,
I was wondering how I should proceed, using MLwiN, to include interactions in a cross-classified model.
For instance, in an intercept-only model, if I have three random classifications at level two, how could I include the first-order interactions between each pair of random classifications ?
