Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial?

Hello all,
Is it currently possible to model a zero-inflated negative binomial in Mlwin? I have read past posts (somewhat dated) that said not, but now I see an option under Model - Equations - Nonlinear - Distributional assumptions - extra -ve. I wonder is the extra -ve for any zero-inflated or only Poisson, perhaps? I have also read the blog by Paul Allison https://statisticalhorizons.com/zero-inflated-models arguing that we may not need zero-inlfated models.
Thank you,
Danielle

You may find the following post of interest, as it explains the negative-binomial options within MLwiN:
