case-control

Post by bzxsr »

Dear All

Does MLwin accommodate case-control by the use of levels. In my two level model I have individual ANIMAL ID (level 2) and AVAILABLE SITES (level 1) explicitly available to each individual animal to use, and a binary response where individuals either used (1) or didn't use (0) each available site. Otherwise are the used sites (the 'cases') being compared with the unused but otherwise similar sites (the 'controls') because I have specified what the AVAILABLE Sites are for each individual animal at level 2.

hope this makes sense, Thanks
