Macro for calculating VPC in a binary 3-level model?

Hi Everyone,
I intend to run a 3 level logistic model with a binary response variable. For a 2-level model, a VPC macro exists in MLWin. Does anybody knwo, if there is something similar for 3 oder 4 level models?
