Post by guobl »

Hi Chris,
is there an option in runmlwin to get MCMC diagnosis plot for a parameter like what we could have when run MLwiN? sorry I can't find the code yet.
thanks, Boliang

We provide the -mcmcsum- command for this (see http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/media/runmlwin/mcmcsum.pdf). For an example of its use for displaying the trajectories for all parameters in the model see http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/media/runm ... delling.do.
