We provide a scripting-only version of MLwiN (available from https://www.cmm.bristol.ac.uk/clients/softwaredownload/) that has a native version for the Mac. You may also be able run the GUI version through a virtual machine or compatibility layer (see https://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/ ... .html#unix for more details).
