Error: <3 invalid name

There is a bug in the current version of -runmlwin- where you get this error if it is unable to determine the current version of MLwiN being used (which is the case on non-Windows machines or if the version plugin is not able to run). To work around this please replace your runmlwin.ado file with the test version from the link provided in /forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3199.
