problem in getting start with realcom

Hi all
After loading my data file in realcom software, when I click the tick box to show equations,I got the following error;
mixed_responses.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Why this happened and what should i do?

This is a fairly generic Windows error, although I haven't seen it in relation to Realcom before, so it's hard to determine the cause. Could you try running the software with administrator rights to see whether you get the same error there?
