Yes, but only if you have bought any version of MLwiN in the past. If not, and perhaps are a UK academic and have downloaded the free version, you are not entitled to email support, and of course you can ask questions in this forum, the more it is used the better.

HI, What about the trial version. I downloaded it and installed in notebook using vista. When I try to run bootstrap estimation using my dataset the software terminates suddenly. I tried in another computer, and I got the same problem.
