help check codes for two-level model with sampling weights

Hi everyone,
I am working for a research center. We used to have MlWin on our server but no more do. A programmer who used to work for our center several years ago wrote a MlWIn program to run a two-level model with survey data. My job right now is to make sure the codes she wrote are still working in MlWin. But I don’t have MlWin in our center to check the codes. The codes used Graphical User Interface. I wonder if you could help check for me to ensure that they are still working.
Outcome variable is a continuous variable meaning percentile BMI: bmipct
Variables in the model: hr_watch (number of hours watching TV last week); rc_s (the availability of recreation center at school); watch_rc (interaction between hr_watch & rc_s)
School ID: psuscid
School-level weight: schwt_1
Individual-level weight: w1_wc
You can see the original codes here:
http://www.unc.edu/~pingchen/mlwin.htm
Thank you so much for your help!
