My MLwiN was working well. But when I tried saving a file which was quite bulky, it stopped responding and I had to close it. Now when I tried to restart it, some message popped up on MLwiN screen e.g. "you need to re-size the worksheet" (I am not sure what exactly were the messages). I tired to change the size of the worksheet but the size somehow became very small and I pressed "use as a default". Now when I start MLwiN, its window doesn't open and simply a message pops up "Insufficient memory for specified worksheet size" and when I close the message, MLwiN also closes. I uninstalled it and re installed it but no avail. I removed all previous versions from the computer and downloaded a new one from your website, it still shows the message "Insufficient memory for specified worksheet size" in a box and when you close the box, MLwiN disappears.
I have wasted a lot of time on it.
Please help me !!!

If you're using version 2.26 you can use the /reset command line option to reset the worksheet settings back to their defaults. This and other command line switches are documented in the manual supplement (http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/m ... ection.8.5).

Thanks Chris for quick reply. After a bit of struggle, I succeeded.
I made shortcut of mlwin and put in the Windows folder in Local Disk:C.
then went to run -- wrote -- mlwin /reset
and all done.
