Simulated binary repeated measures data analysis using MLwiN

I have generated all together 400 data sets with different sample sizes using SAS (I have to analyze them using some other methods available in SAS also), and now I want to analyze the same data sets using MLwiN.
Since it is time consuming and tedious to analyze those generated data sets individually, is there any other easier and faster method to analyze those data sets using MLwiN?

You could write MLwiN macros to automate this, however I suspect that it would be easier to do this via http://www.bris.ac.uk/cmm/software/runmlwin/ or http://www.bris.ac.uk/cmm/software/r2mlwin/ if you are familiar with R or Stata.

Dear sir,
Thank you so much for the reply. I believe it will help me a lot.
I am little bit familiar with R but not an expert in R. Therefore I will look into it and try to find a way to automate the process.
Thank you.

The MLwin version that I am using now, is a quite old version (MLwiN 2.19). I had a 30 days trial version of MLwiN version 2.28 but it has expired. Will it be possible to work with R2MLwiN using the MLwiN 2.19?

I suspect that you may find issues if you attempt to use this older version with R2MLwiN, however you can update to the latest version for free (see http://www.bris.ac.uk/cmm/software/mlwi ... rades.html).
