Not enough columns

Hi,
I am sorry to keep posting I really don't seem to understand how MLwiN works.
My problem is that I have a dataset from Stata with 32,265 observations and 138 variables when i try to read it into MLwiN I just get the error message "Not enough columns to load data(RSTA)" I know that someone has posted this before but they were using runmlwin though Stata and it doesn't seem to be the same when I am using MLwiN.
I have tried changing the worksheet configurations using Options/Worksheet and making the worksheet size 1 million and the number of columns to the max of 10000 in case this would help and neither seemed to at all, the same error message keeps coming up. I dont really understand because the maximum number of variables is 150 and I have below this.
Thank you in advance.
