multiple membership models

Are there any worked examples (either in MLwiN or via runmlwin) for multiple membership models? The manual provides a brief description of the commands, but doesn't run through an actual analysis like in other chapters.

Ah, nevermind, I see there's an example in the MCMC manual. Sorry for posting before looking around more thoroughly.

There will also be a module on multiple membership models added to our online course (http://www.cmm.bris.ac.uk/lemma/) in the not too distant future.
