Hello
I am quite new to using MLwiN and am trying to run a 2 level multinomial logit using MLwiN with a random intercept. I have quite a lot of explanatory variables. Each time I try to run the model I get the message "not enough work space for operation, 11199396 free spaces needed(calc)"
Can anybody please tell me what i need to do to address this problem? I have tried changing the worksheet size but am not sure what else to do
Not enough work space

Re: Not enough work space
Increasing the worksheet size would normally be the solution to this message. What size did you increase it to?
Re: Not enough work space
Thanks for your reply
I increased the worksheet size to 40000 cells. Does it need to be larger or do I need to change some other settings too?

Re: Not enough work space
The message that you're getting indicates that you're still about 12,000 kcells short. I would suggest increasing the worksheet size to 100,000 and seeing whether you still get the same problem.

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it
