sample weights in logistic regression - error message

Post by pamartins »

Hi, I am trying to run a multilevel logistic regression model using sample weights but I've got the erroe message: wrong lenth random constraint matrix
does someone knows if it is possible to use sample weights in logistic and poisson regression with MLwin? and about the error message?
thanks

I am not sure what is causing this specific error, however if you can provide an example worksheet that exhibits that behaviour I will look into it.

Please note that we don't recommend using (R)IGLS for logistic regression for the reasons given in http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/s ... entresults. Because of this, weights for these types of model are untested. You can find more information on weighting in MLwiN at http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/s ... ights.html.
