mlwin macros for simulation setup

i need the mlwin macro used in the paper "The influence of violations of assumptions on multilevel parameter estimates and their standard errors".
how can i get it? please guide me

If you haven't already done so I would suggest that you email Joop Hox (http://joophox.net/), one of the authors, and seeing whether he will send you a copy.
