Hello,
I hope someone can help, when I select any variable in occasion ID in unsplit records in version 2.27 of MlWin it crashes. I didn't have this problem with version 2.25. I have lots of variables so I am keen to use unsplit records rather than UNVEct, any idea what I can do to get around this?
Many thanks for your time,
Sian

Thanks for reporting this bug, it will be fixed in the next release.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to make this window work with this version, however as you indicated it is also possible to perform this operation with command. If you have a lot of output variables then it is possible to specify a range of columns in the command, e.g. c20-c100 to reduce the typing required. Depending on the structure of your data you might also be able to use the "split column" window which should work in this version. If you do this the "split data in" corresponds to "unstacked from", "on codes" corresponds to "occasion id" and "output columns" corresponds to the columns under "variable 1". To use this your data would need to be sorted by case and have a row for each occasion/case combination.
