do-files and examples for three level models

Post by williamjoe »

Dear George,

I found the runmlwin program and examples a good source for learning multilevel modelling in Stata. Could you help me with some further Stata examples and sources for understanding different three level models using runmlwin.

Thank you.

Hi William,

See our online multilevel modelling course. Especially Module 11 which provides 50 pages of concepts on three-level models and then a 50 page practical using either MLwiN and Stata.

The online course does not discuss runmlwin and so I have just added the Stata do-files to the bottom of the examples section of the runmlwin website to replicate the practical for module 11 using runmlwin.

Best wishes
