burning in cross classified models

Hi,
is there a command to change the burning and thinning options in cross classified models (similar to mcmc(burnin(5000))?

Hi Miguel,

The options for the burnin and thinnning are the same regardless of whether you fit a hierarchical or cross-classified model

Remember to specify the cc option within mcmc() to tell MLwiN that your model is a crossed one
