Odds ratio and intervals in PQL

Hi, I am using PQL 2 estimation, how can I get the odds ratio with 95% CI?

To calculate the odds ratio exponentiate the estimate.

To calculate the 95% CI take the value above and plus/minus 1.96 times the standard deviation.
