Hello
When I try to find the residual ones of level 2 the following message goes out for me " numeric error (s) in calculate command. Affected entries replaced with system missing. See output window for details" And in the window it appears
"Zero divide at row 1 in the data matrix

Could you provide additional information about the model that you are fitting, as well as which residual options you have specified? Apart from the residuals do the other model results look sensible?
