I was trying to fit a 2-level logistic regression using MLwin but i faced some challenges and almost stuck. My question is: when i fit the model by using the default IGLS it only gives me out the estimates of the coefficients and the level 1 and level 2 residual variances but nothing that shows the Goodness-of-fit of the model like the one in continuous response. when i use MCMC it gives Deviance but i want the result or its equivalent when IGLS is used. Can any one give idea on this please. Thanks in advance!!
